Purpose of code changes on this branch:

To define and implement an xml text specification as input for realisation by 
simplenlg.

Design document is 
/branches/XMLWrapper_v1/docs/XMLRepresentationOfTextSpecifications.docx

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:

Simplicity, usefulness and completeness of the xml as defined by the schema.

elements.

XML Realisation framework now integrated with the main code stream of 
simplenlg. See the documentation under docs/
