Most of these are fixed rates that are manually adjusted avery now and then. I'm sure we could guess some sensible defaults, but this would still require a bunch of interface. I'm skeptical about complicating the UI more as it is; It definitely needs more "explanations" of what things are and I'm unsure how that will mess things up.
It's definitely an excellent idea.
When comparing buying vs renting one often forgets the related costs.
For renting there isn't much, sometimes payments for the house-fund is not in the advertised price, and most of the time electricity is extra.
Owning an apartment is much more fun, you get initial costs which vary, but you also have more monthly bills which weigh on your allowance. Such as insurance, house-fund, fasteignargjald, heat, electricity and maybe more. It would be nice to have them explained and calculated as part of f.ex. the allowance calculator. Or if you at some point add a comparison to renting.
