RTL scripts support?

The problem

Some languages / scripts write right-to-left ("rtl") which poses some challenges compared to the left-to-right ("ltr") of the western world's scripts:

• some libraries and tools might not support this
• mixing rtl and ltr within a sentence or paragraph is common, but weird (native words in rtl, english tech words in ltr)
• potential layout issues not seen yet in ltr
• review might be more difficult

There is currently a request on transifex, requesting arabic (which is one of the rtl scripts, besides hebrew).

Not sure how to deal with that, what do you think @m3nu @real-yfprojects ?

Maybe a separate branch would make sense initially?

Guess this might also need a developer who can at least read these scripts and fix any related issues.

There is some qt documentation about that out there. I guess the respective translator will have to test whether our code needs change before we ship the translations. For now there isn't much we can do.
