Error in Imagej #3

Hello,

I am trying to use celltraxx for my phase contrast images using Imagej to track cancer cells. I first wanted to run the sample data given in the folder to later optimize the tuning for my own set of data. However, when I run the Imagej with celltraxx macro via the plugins I can not see the changes in the images. I run to check if something happens when I get this error saying file not found. Can you help me out with this.

For this kind of troubleshooting it is most efficient to have a Teams or Zoom session where I can see your screen and find out why that file is missing.
