Bring Back wTl as bMlink, Issue #260 #267

Link class has bMlink_ member now and corresponding method. Constructor adjusted. tests adjusted ( and added a little). python wrapper adjusted.

@danbarla here's a tip. Just add "Fixes #" in the PR description and Github will link the issue accordingly. E.g. Fixes #260
