Use GitHub autolinks for bugs.swift.org issues #41

Could someone please set up bugs.swift.org issue autolinks for this GitHub repository? Screen Shot 2020-05-07 at 8 50 51 AM

That would allow bugs.swift.org issue references like "TF-1234" to automatically become hyperlinks.

@dellaert Autolinking is a GitHub Pro feature, I think you (admin of the organization) need to apply for a free education Pro subscription for @borglab in GitHub education...

Not sure that we qualify as "for academic purposes"

I think we should qualify, as they also provide free Team subscription for NGOs and nonprofits... Anyway this is optional :\
