Including Angular Velocity to Forward Kinematics #20

Issue Purpose

Currently only the linear velocity is computed/reported in the forward kinematic of the Arm.h. There is interest in obtaining the angular velocity of the forward kinematics as well.

This was resolved with the merging of #22.
