Made substantial edits and got this thing to work!

The included tutorial should detail everything. It would be awesome if someone went through it and confirmed everything works as expected.

@gchenfc so borglab/gtsam#364 needs to be merged in, and then I imagine everything will magically work for you.

You can also modify the cython path in GTSAM's cmake config via ccmake.
