`pijul diff` is significantly slower on Windows than on Linux #1

For Pijul's own repository, in my Ubuntu 20.04 VM, a pijul diff takes roughly 600ms. On my Windows (host machine), it takes roughly 26 seconds for the same repository and state. Tested with 1.0.0-beta.

After switching channels back and forth now, the differences in timings are almost negligible. Now it's 600ms vs. 2800ms. So this might have been a temporary problem of my Pijul repository. For now I'm closing this issue until this problem occurs again and it gets clearer whether this may be a Windows problem or not. Sorry for the false alarm!
