Fix hash conversion from byte[] to hex String #34

Closes borisbrodski#31: fix native library hash comparison, so that other processes can share the same extracted lib, instead of trying and failing to overwrite it while it is being used by another process.

Sorry for the delay. I have to run all my tests with this change on all platforms. Just not had time yet. It's actually very important fix! Thank you for the contribution!
