This file could be removed, to reduce size of dist

Solved with commit cfd12ccc2c379da10f145cc392d0f9b97095a696 and available in https://metacpan.org/release/BORISD/EBook-MOBI-0.49

Distribution size changed from 401.01K to 278.6K - now that's a success!
