I always either get the "too much traffic" error or it just loads infinitely

This is not due to this repository, as the DALL-E Mini interface you're mentioning is being hosted on Hugging Face. You can run DALL-E locally by using the DALL-E Mini Playground, but this issue can be closed as far as this repository.

Just hit RUN 3 times and it will end up on generating lol

It's not loading "infinitely", you actually have to wait a while for it to finish generating the images. It's not instantaneous.
