PROBLEM:

We have introduced page-template.xpgt in the epub file. But the new epubchecker 
3.0.1 throws an error.

ERROR: bas.epub/OEBPS/copyright.html(4,102): non-standard stylesheet resource 
'OEBPS/css/page-template.xpgt' of type

Please see issue 271 for further details.
You need to declare a fallback for page-template.xpgt. However, if fallback is 
declared correctly, error is still beeing thrown - this seems to be a bug in 
3.0.1.
