Disclaimer

This branch is based of the branch #61_code_separation and should only be merged back there
For a better step by step implementation of #61 the tasks are done separately
The code builds, but the diagram specific features are disabled

This MR puts diagram specific code to their own packages / folders and separates them from the core code.
