fix(tric) stack and command issues #33

This fixes:

  1. add the user parameter in the codeception service, previously missing it would cause file mode issues on test artifacts
  2. break down the tric code a bit moving out composer and npm commands code
  3. do not offer to run a failed composer or npm command on common
