binds, in the tric-stack.yml file, the current plugins directory in the WordPress default location (wp-content/plugins)
this removes the need for a test-config.tric.php file
the function to scaffold the codeception.yml file and the test-config.tric.php files are kept and re-purposed to support what we might need in the future
