I have an enterprise account and we are trying to bring the tutorials to our website but It only works on edge and firefox. the videos have an error message on chrome. The videos on your signage website work, can we get the fix to make ours work as well?

is the URL and the error is "The video could not be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported"

It works in Edge and Firefox but I believe there is a security issue with Chrome, but that obviously got resolved or a workaround done because it works on the digitalsignage.com website. Thanks!

Can you tell me where the App.js gets its file data from? I have edited videos.json as it points to but no change. Thank you
