Great program, gentlemen.
As of two weeks ago I was inept at html/xml etc...but have found your
program to complete a project at work.
I am having trouble with the bubble not staying open very long after I
click on them.
sometimes they work and stay open until i click close, then sometimes they
fade away as quick as I click on them.
Would you have any suggestions as to why?

rich, just remove the onresize event from the body tag and the bubble will
stay open till you close it. This is not a bug.
