Field name modified if showsize is enabled #138

When the option showsize is enabled, each time you click onto a field to modify 
it, its size value between brackets is appended to the field name.

I.e., if the field name is "name", type char(80), when you modify the field the 
first time, its name becomes "name (80)", the second time "name (80) (80)" and 
so on.
