ok button doesn't enable in firefox #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open in firefox 6.0.2
2. open a dialog that has an ok button (save or options is what I did)
3. ok button doesn't enable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the ok button to be enabled, it isn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.7

Please provide any additional information below.
hitting enter appears to trigger whatever 'ok' is hooked up to and is a 
workaround.

Does this happen also at http://ondras.zarovi.cz/sql/demo/?keyword=default ? 
Does it happen in more recent Firefox versions?

After using it again, the OK button works.  It must have just been a fluke the 
first time it loaded.
