Linux symbol dumper should discard the "age" field in the first line of symbol file #148

The age field is now appended to the GUID when dumping symbols, so the
"age" field
is now unuseful.
In Linux, the age is always set to "0".
So for a symbol file with "24F3970570055E00543894FE98A2C11C" as its GUID,
the corresponding GUID in the symbol file is
"24F3970570055E00543894FE98A2C11C0".
