Fixes to allow breakpad to compile and work on Leopard #197

- A couple of minor tweaks to allow breakpad to compile on Leopard.

- Fix in dynamic_images, to allow string reading to work correctly when getting 
the image
pathname.  In Leopard it was trying to read past the end of a vm region.

- Over-release bug fix in HTTPMultipartUpload.m (also bug in Tiger)
