Revision 253 incorrectly caluclates starting page on mac client #257

Revision 253 introduced a bug where a boolean AND was done instead of
bitwise, causing the starting page to be very low, and also caused the
attempt to read memory from the remote process to fail because it tried to
access the first page in the remote tasks' process
