Mac reporter app shouldn't be visibly named crash_report_sender

The dock icon and menu item for the reporter app show
"crash_report_sender", which is really user-unfriendly. I think we should
pre-localize it to something generic but acceptable like "Crash Reporter".
This has two benefits:
a) If people do nothing to customize the framework, users get a better
experience.
b) If people want to customize it for their app, it's much easier if we
have already set up the Info.plist correctly and all they have to do is
alter the InfoPlist.strings.

(Camino falls under b; we looked at doing this with a script phase so we
wouldn't have to alter the breakpad tree, and adding things to the
Info.plist on the fly is a bit hackish.)
