• Prepare dependencies

• Prepare cl-bodge
  • [x] take network subsystem out of main repo
  • [x] take scenegraph subsystem out of main repo
  • [x] split physics API into 2D and 3D
  • [x] revamp 3D physics API (use PAL as an example)
  • [x] revamp UI API (use IM API as is)

All preparations finished, but now I don't think it would be right move to put whole cl-bodge into quicklisp.
