new features

Added dendry as an available engine
Added two sample projects : empty and minimal (the one that is generated by the dendry new cli command)
Included a new compileDendry inline service.

further discussion

~~Dendry compiler in currently being decorrelated from the filesystem. This PR will only works once https://github.com/aucchen/dendry/pull/3 is merged.~~ Done !
