complete "outras datas link" with timespan of archive for the URL #19

When we get a SERP:

http://arquivo.pt/search.jsp?l=pt&query=fccn&btnSubmit=Pesquisar+no+Arquivo&date
Start=01%2F01%2F1996&dateEnd=31%2F12%2F2011

The "outras datas" (other dates) link could also present the time span of the 
versions for the URL of the result.

For instance, instead of:

"FCCN - Fundação para a Computação Científica Nacional 
25 Setembro, 2009 - outras datas (1996-2011)"

The SERP could present:

"FCCN - Fundação para a Computação Científica Nacional 
25 Setembro, 2009 - outras datas "

We must check the performance implications of this change.
