meaning of the information about nr. of versions is not clear #21

Below each year on the URL SERP, is presented the nr. of archived versions:

3"

However, the meaning of the numbers below the years (1,1,3) is not clear. It 
can be confused with a month description.

A "label" or "tooltip" should be presented to help the users to understand the 
meaning of this information.

On the other hand, I think that the presentation of the nr. of versions 
clutters the interface and I could not identify how it helps the users or 
improves the interface.

I believe that this information could be removed without causing problems.
