OpenSearch XML/RSS response with elements in the wrong namespace

The OpenSearch XML/RSS response has elements on the OpenSearch namespace that 
aren't from the OpenSearch namespace, they are additional information provided 
by Nutchwax(see attached file for details).

But the following elements in their own namespace: "id", "index", "segment", 
"digest", "tstamp", "date", "encoding", "collection", "arcname", "arcoffset", 
"contentLength", "primaryType", "subType", "domain", "inlinks"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This issue isn't fixed.

The changes of namespace was wrongly done.
The "<link>" element of "<item>" shouldn't have been put in the "PWA" namespace.
