Create an XML or JSON API for the wayback result list #36

Wayback's results are presented exclusively has an HTML page.
This present significant problems for the integration of wayback within 
nutchwax.

Having an XML or JSON-based API would provide greater flexibility for UI 
building and seperation between nutchwax and wayback.

As an added benefit, it would provide archive.pt with a complete API for 
archive.pt with OpenSearch API used for full-text search on nutchwax and this 
API for URL searches with wayback.
