OpenSearch XML/RSS returns an unvalid RSS response #5

The RSS response returned by the OpenSearch servlet is invalid.

* the "link" element of "channel" is missing

Others needed fixes are:
* Server wrongly identifies the returned RSS as ASCII (it should be announced 
as UTF-8)

For example, for the query: http://arquivo.pt/opensearch?query=test
The RSS validation is: 
http://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Farquivo.pt%2Fopensearch%
3Fquery%3Dtest

(PS: i think it is save to discard the namespace warnings.)
