Differentiate default dates from those user-defined

The input box for the start and end dates are shown in grey italic test.
They don't get in the way of users.

However, they are so discrete than when following a link to the page, when 
change the date using the datepicker, they may fail to notice that the 
start/end date has changed.

The proposed change is:
- Keep the date in input fields as grey italic text when the represent the 
default start/end date.
- Change the text to black regular text when the default start/end date is 
changed.
