Change link from logo on plone to www.arquivo.pt and consequent changes on navigation bar #59

Change on Portuguese and English versions of the informational site (Plone) to 
integrate navigation with arquivo.pt and improve visibility of the search 
service:

- Change link from top-left logo to reference arquivo.pt (archive.pt)
- Change link on Tab "Entrada" to reference arquivo.pt (archive.pt)
- Move content of page "Entrada" to possibly new page "Conheça o projecto"
- Remove tab "Pesquisar no passado" because it will be redundant with "Entrada"

Adopt the version of the logo that contains the URL (in PT and EN).
