What is the expected output?
The results page presents the message "We archived 26 versions of the Web page
http://www.publico.pt from 1 January, 1998 and 31 December, 2000.".
What do you see instead?
The results page presents a constant message ignoring the date restrictions:
"We archived 26 versions of the Web page http://www.publico.pt from 1 January,
1996 and 15 March, 2013."
