Don't run empty extra commands and success message only on success #30

The success message is now only displayed if the plugin is successfully reloaded instead of always.
The extra command won't be run if the command is empty or only contain spaces.
The plugin's loading time now only contain the plugin reloading process (unload, load and start).

I'll need to find something else to justify a new release then! It may not be enough but I'll work on a French translation :)

@jfbourdon Ah, Werner was 3 hours late! Well, only 118 downloads so far, less then one per country ;) So I'd realease 0.9.1 tonight unless you really want to make the French translation in upcoming days :)
