Add Powershell script to run the prepare.sh script on a docker container hosted on Windows. Add note on the README.md file.

Please fork this project if you want to use it on Windows, add your powershell script there and support it. I have no plans to ever run Guacamole on Windows and since I do not run Windows (except at work) I can not support such added features in my project.
