Dockerize the AEA agents #3

Provide scripts to run the available AEA's in Docker containers instead of current constellation, which runs them native on the current machine

Goal is to build one purchasing agent and one selling agent container, which can be run then in different configurations, like different keys. With that approach scaling of agents can be achieved.
