suse-prime plays just fine with bumblebee (they can be used separately), and in fact, without bumblebee installed nvidia-xconfig isn't present, so prime-select nvidia doesn't get the right bus address.
The RPM, of course, marks itself incompatible with bumblebee, but I simply saved away the bits from the RPM and restored them.
The one thing that still isn't working (using either bumblebee or suse-prime) is multiple displays.
