Communication: IRC? #50

I think it would help the direction of the project to have a faster, less formal discussion venue, in addition to formal Issues.

It was suggested in a few commit comments previously; how about IRC? irc://irc.gamesurge.net/pyCraftr

Or if you lack a client, Mibbit or wsirc

I just connected to IRC and you're not around... (but Nebual is)

Maybe a note in the README about that IRC channel could allow us to close this issue?

IRC's been great but there's not enough of you guys in here. Whenever you fire up Pycharm/Eclipse/IntelliJ, launch IRC too :D

No, Nebual meant to run both our IDE and IRC. However, this could be compatible with PyCharm ;) http://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin?pr=&pluginId=1175
