Add snaphu parameters to unwrap #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. unwrap

Can you add snaphu parameters to unwrap (so that they can be modified
during the processing without tricking adore)?

Default values should be set inside snaphu.config as follows:

MINCONNCOMPFRAC 0.005
CONNCOMPTHRESH  3
MAXNCOMPS   1

I changed the default options in DORIS to match what you suggested. Let me 
speak to 
the DELFT group to see if they think adding these options is something they 
would like 
before changing DORIS.
