generate raster by specifiying filename #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Currently there is no way to generate rasters of *.crddemlp etc. It would
be nice to have this done using RASTER. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This is added in revision 50.
Files that are not in the resultfiles can be specified using the following 
syntax:
raster apm intefero:filenameThatIsNotInResultFile.file
