Fixes certain characters not offering services with OOO.

Users of Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul - Updated may notice some NPCs not selling spells, bartering or offering training properly, such as with Athragar or Ungarion. The problem occurs with the bashed patch using CBash. Athragar also doesn't sell in PBash when using OOO Extended. This mod fixes both of these things. Load it just before your bashed patch and let it be imported. I believe I have fixed all NPCs affected (13 in total).

I highly recommend importing this with PBash as CBash will merge everything in this ESP into the bashed patch, thus not being fully compatible with mods like OCOv2 and Balanced Magic. PBash is more stable and better and resolving conflicts anyway.

When installing/updating on an existing game:

In Wrye Bash Saves tab, after you rebuilt your bashed patch with this, right-click on your save and select 'Update NPC Levels...'.
