The Bards College of Solitude is an esteemed institute of learning Art and Music, in whole of Tamriel. So the so called scholars of Bards College are supposed to show some understanding of Music, Rhythm. Its one thing to create a nice environment around by singing the old Nords tales and prophecies, while its completely different thing to read out those stories.
