spice mi280

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. no serivce for simcard although it has iemi number
2. camera not opening force close on click on the icon
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

hi.. i have used u r silverlight 4 for spice mi280 it was awesome but the 
problem is camera is not opening its force closing while click in icon.. and 
also i have iemi number but mobile shows no service... plz help me...

i searched rom for spice mi280 only splash rom i got but it was worst...

plz provide me default orginal rom for spice mi280 or other supported rom for 
spice mi280

Yes sir, even i found splash but in it bluetooth and gps not working and am 
stuck with that please help me also sir,
