Session not updated in memcached when only a session attribute was removed #106

When a session is changed by removing a session attribute and without any other 
modifications the session is not updated in memcached (due to an optimization 
that checks for session changes).

This was reported via email / the mailing list 
(http://groups.google.com/group/memcached-session-manager/msg/217f85f128cc8510).
