this is a draft (it needs to be reviewed) as I am not sure this is what you want...
I did not fully understand how to specify deliverables and milestones (they need to be properly specified with delivery month too)

Ok. Thanks, I'll update the draft accordingly. I just read the updated document and I have a question related to WP5 T1 where one of the objective is to build a community of practice of BinderHub operators. Should we plan workshop for administrators in WP6 or are these activities planned elsewhere?

That's a good idea; let's add a workshop here for deploying services such as BinderHub
