What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the https://code.google.com/export-to-github/ export

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see issues copied, nothing has happened

Nothing at:

Unfortunately the Google Code exporter is a bit backed up with export requests. 
You will receive an email when the export is complete (success or failure), 
however migrating issues has been the long pole. (And the average time to 
export a project is up to several hours.)

Looks like all the issues eventually made their way into the GitHub repo. 
Please reactivate if this is not the case.
