[Bug] Pluto column background #893

Pluto grid still lacks an option to change all Pluto column features, forcing users to change each column individually, such as background, enableContextMenu, and others.

Furthermore, the main widget of Pluto grid isn't an Expanded widget. Due to this deficiency, the style is incomplete and creates a void in the visual aspect. Here is an example:
