PlutoGridScrollbarConfig isAlwaysShown not used #924

The scrollbar does not display when entering for the first time。When I swipe horizontally, the vertical scrollbar will disappear, and when I swipe vertically, the horizontal scrollbar will disappear。

I think there should be a variable to control the horizontal scrollbar AlwaysShow, and a variable to control the vertical scrollbar AlwaysShow。
