Investigate topics list

Context

Our goal is to develop three months of unique prompts for the Coding Challenge Workshop. A topic is an area or problem students may encounter in a typical job interview. Topics group the various prompts.

Acceptance Criteria

• Develop a list of planned topics covered by the Coding Challenge.
• Current topics are strings, stacks, and (in development) maps
• Propose a complete list of topics.
• Present the topic list to the team and get acceptance.

This is an interesting issue to tackle. Are the questions being used for the workshop taken from CodeWars or another site, or are they originally made prompts by the organizers? Since workshop attendees may be repeat attendees, would it be better for the session to allocate more time to going through the mechanics of solving each problem with timing (read prompt, test scenarios, pseudo-code, implementation translation, implementation test, debugging). I would be happy to dedicate some time to this because I value the Boston MeetUp. See you Saturday!
